When will my order ship?

Our fixtures are handmade to order and have a build time of 1 week in addition to 3-5 business days for shipping within the US, or 10-15 business days for international shipping. We do not keep stock of our fixtures at this time.

Do you offer expedited build times?

Yes, pricing depends on your order subtotal but starts at just $50.This option puts you to the front of the build queue and typically reduces build times from the standard one week down to just 1-2 business days if parts are in stock. This option does not change the shipping speed, which is generally 3-4 business days for USA customers, and 2 weeks for international customers. Send us a message if you're on a time crunch and we'll work with you!

What services do you ship with?

Standard USA service is USPS Priority Mail or UPS SurePost for small items. Larger or heavier items are typically shipped FedEx 3-4 day.

My fixture arrived damaged. What now?

We do our best to pack our fixtures so that they do not get damaged, but sometimes damage does occur during shipping. Shoot us a message at support@illuminatevintage.com and we'll help you out.

Do international customers have to pay taxes and duties?

Yes, since we do not collect tax on behalf of your local government, your purchases are subject to local taxes and duties as applicable.

International Customers: My tracking link isn't working, what do I do?

The tracking hyperlink does not work for our international customers, instead you can use the same tracking number provided (starts with an R) at www.ppxtrack.com

Our international shipments are fulfilled from a central hub in Chicago, so for the first few days while it is in transit the tracking will display an error. Once it is scanned into the central hub, it will begin to display information. Shoot us an email at support@illuminatevintage.com if you have any trouble or need assistance!

What is your return policy?

The best in the business. There is no time limit so take as much time as you need to decide. You can even return previously installed fixtures. For US based customers, we pay return shipping. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.

How do I initiate a return?

Send over a message to support@illuminatevintage.com and we'll set you up with a prepaid return label if you're a US based customer. If you're an international customer, send us a message and we'll provide our return shipping address.

Do you accept returns on custom fixtures?

Yes! We accept returns on all of our fixtures, including custom orders.

Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our fixtures, if you have any issues with your fixture at any point you can send us a message and we'll help you out.
