Ever spec’d something for a project only to find out down the road it has been discontinued? That won’t happen with us since everything is made to order. If you’ve purchased a fixture from us before and even if the item has been removed from our catalog, we can still make it for you.

Effortless Customization and Prototyping

We offer a wide range of customization options for our fixtures, including adjustments to dimensions, finishes, and the number of sockets. Additionally, if you have a specific idea in mind, we are happy to work with you to create a bespoke fixture that meets your needs, as long as it falls within our production capabilities.

Minor customizations typically do not affect the production timeline or cost. Moreover, we provide complimentary photos of a completed prototype for your approval upon request. This service is usually completed within 48 hours.

After you've submitted the form below with all the relevant information, we create an account and send you a login. Once you're logged into your account, the discount will automatically be applied at checkout based on the quantity criteria. No codes necessary.

We accept returns on all fixtures, even custom orders. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Fixtures must be returned to us within 90 days of delivery. No restocking fees.

Shipping is free for trade program members unless you request something to be expedited. Our fixtures are handmade to order and have a build time of 5 business days in addition to 3-5 business days for shipping within the US, or 10-15 business days for international shipping.

We do offer expedited build times at a discounted rate for members. This option puts you to the front of the build queue and typically reduces build times from the standard 5 business days down to just 1-2 business days if parts are in stock.
